Small Property Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, self motivated, & experienced, on-site residential apartment manager for a 37 unit community located in San Bruno, California. This is a 25-30 hour per week office, leasing & maintenance position. Must be available for occasional after hour property/resident/maintenance emergencies as well. This position requires candidate to live on-site.
2+ years property management experience
General knowledge to perform minor plumbing, electrical, & carpentry skills a must
Must be available morning and/or afternoons.
Strong computer, general office & bookkeeping skills
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
High school diploma or GED. Some College preferred
Knowledge of California Real Estate Law.
Well organized and ability to multi-task.
California valid driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance current registration

Collection of rents
Prepare leases, notices, & correspondence
Coordinate apartment move ins/outs
